Room rates are quoted in GBP per room, per night, and include accommodation and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Rates apply to accommodation only. Charges for meals, beverages, events, or additional services are separate and will be confirmed at the time of reservation or order.
A booking becomes valid once payment details have been provided and a written confirmation has been issued by Longworth Hall Residence. The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years. Our Esteemed Guests may be asked to present valid photo identification upon arrival.
Cancellations made up to seven days prior to arrival will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival, or failure to arrive, will result in a charge equal to 80% of the total booking costs. Non-refundable rates are excluded from this policy.
Check-in is available from 15:00, and accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Requests for early arrival or late departure will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Our Esteemed Guests are kindly requested to show consideration towards staff, fellow residents, and the property at all times. Smoking is not permitted within the building. Pets may be welcomed by prior arrangement. In the event of damage to the property or the need for exceptional cleaning, Longworth Hall Residence reserves the right to apply the appropriate charges.
